Quentin Scott Jones & QDK Ignite a Raw Rock Revival on Explosive Self-Titled EP

Quentin Scott Jones & QDK deliver raw, high-energy rock rooted in rockabilly, surf twang, punk grit, and ’60s garage rock. Fronted by Quentin Scott Jones on lead vocals and guitar, the self-titled EP features punchy riffs, driving rhythms, and no-frills swagger.
The record includes David Uosikkinen (The Hooters) on drums and background vocals and Kenny Aaronson (The Yardbirds) on bass and background vocals, blending deep rock pedigree with an urgent, stripped-down sound.

Quentin Scott Jones — lead vocals, guitar
Quentin has shared stages and studios with an eclectic range of rock and roots artists, including Charlie Gracie, Robert Gordon, Peter Noone (Herman’s Hermits), Annabella Lwin (Bow Wow Wow), Billy Burnette, Linda Gail Lewis, The Rockats, and Reach Around Rodeo Clowns. His work reflects a deep connection to timeless American rock traditions, delivered with raw bite and relentless energy.

David Uosikkinen — drums, background vocals (The Hooters)
Drummer and founding member of The Hooters (celebrating over 45 years), Uosikkinen has recorded and toured with Cyndi Lauper, Rod Stewart, Alice Cooper, Patty Smyth, Robert Gordon, Charlie Gracie, Dar Williams, and more. He leads the acclaimed Philadelphia roots-rock project David Uosikkinen’s In The Pocket, celebrating Philly’s musical heritage with a rotating all-star lineup.

Kenny Aaronson — bass, background vocals (The Yardbirds)
Named Rolling Stone’s 1988 Bassist of the Year, Aaronson is internationally recognized for his work with The Yardbirds, Bob Dylan, Dave Edmunds, Joan Jett, Billy Idol, and others.
