 Ruben Block bracht 30 september vorig jaar zijn eerste solo album “Looking to Glide” uit met daarop de singles “Lights”, “Awake”, “Turn The Tide”, “That’s just the way” en “Turning On A Fan”. Nu sluit hij dit album af met de release van een akoestische versie van “Awake” en met een solo tour die hem deze herfst naar Duitsland, Zwitserland, Nederland en België brengt. "About a year ago I released my solo album, Looking to Glide, and was terribly fortunate to be able to play a sweeping string of concerts with a stellar live band. This fall I will play a selection of these songs, accompanied by music from our Triggerfinger catalogue, in very intimate settings, all by myself, alone. While working on suitable arrangements for this upcoming tour I ended up recording a more acoustic, stripped down version of “Awake”, which is now available for you to stream."
