Tedeschi Trucks Band Releases New Single “Feelin’ Alright” from their upcoming album Mad Dogs & Englishmen Revisited ​

​GRAMMY-winning powerhouse Tedeschi Trucks Band (TTB), led by Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, has dropped their latest single, a soulful take on Dave Mason’s classic “Feelin’ Alright”, from the upcoming album Mad Dogs & Englishmen Revisited (LIVE AT LOCKN’).

The track features Dave Mason himself who originally wrote the hit on lead vocals, alongside Anders Osborne on guitar. The full album arrives September 12th via Fantasy Records, marking the first time this legendary 2015 LOCKN’ Festival performance will be available worldwide on streaming, CD, and vinyl.

The 2015 LOCKN’ show was a vibrant homage to Joe Cocker and Leon Russell’s 1970 Mad Dogs & Englishmen tour an electrifying, communal celebration of rock, soul, and blues. Alongside Russell, TTB’s 12-piece band welcomed original tour members Rita Coolidge, Claudia Lennear, and Chris Stainton, plus guests like Chris Robinson (The Black Crowes), Warren Haynes, and more.

The setlist brimmed with classics including “The Weight,” “She Came In Through The Bathroom Window,” “Delta Lady,” “With A Little Help From My Friends,” and the previously released single “The Letter”

Mad Dogs & Englishmen Revisited (LIVE AT LOCKN’) also serves as the companion to TTB’s 2021 documentary Learning to Live Together: The Return of Mad Dogs & Englishmen, which pairs archival footage with behind-the-scenes moments from the tribute.
