The Black Keys Return With Raw New Album Peaches!

Out May 1, 2026

The Black Keys have announced their 14th studio album, Peaches!, set for release on May 1, 2026. The news arrives just six months after the duo’s previous album, No Rain, No Flowers, released last year.

Alongside the announcement, the band has shared the album’s first single: a gritty cover of Earl Hooker’s “You Got To Lose.” The track is accompanied by a video capturing The Black Keys performing a surprise show at Hernando’s Hide-A-Way, a legendary juke joint in Memphis.

Longtime collaborators Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney return to a stripped-down, organic approach on Peaches!. Auerbach describes the album as “their most natural,” while Carney explains, “Everything was cut live all at once with no separation, including vocals. It was a nightmare to mix, but we got it sounding raw and filthy.”

Recorded with all musicians in the same room and featuring minimal overdubs, Peaches! marks the band’s first album recorded and mixed entirely by Auerbach and Carney since 2006’s Magic Potion.

The roots of the album trace back to a deeply personal moment, when Auerbach’s late father was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. Carney suggested time in the studio as a form of catharsis, a process that ultimately shaped the album’s emotional core.

The Black Keys’ tour schedule continues to expand alongside previously announced dates and festival appearances. Following their performance at Rock en Seine 2026 in France in late August, the band will head to London for two newly announced shows.

Track List:
Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire
Stop Arguing Over Me
Who’s Been Foolin’ You
It’s a Dream
Tomorrow Night
You Got to Lose
Tell Me You Love Me
She Does It Right
Fireman Ring the Bell
Nobody But You Baby
