The Sheepdogs Announce New Album Keep Out Of The Storm Release date: February 27 Following a banner year, The Sheepdogs return with Keep Out Of The Storm, the sound of a veteran band riding a new wave of momentum. In 2025, the group completed a sold-out cross-Canada arena tour supporting Bryan Adams, released the acclaimed companion EPs Paradise Alone and Hell Together, launched their own label, Right On Records, and appeared on Bryan Adams and Friends: A Great Big Holiday Jam alongside Alessia Cara, Alan Doyle, Barenaked Ladies, Lights, and more. Two decades in, The Sheepdogs have found something rare: forward motion. Keep Out Of The Storm is loud, warm, hopeful, and guitar-driven, full of heart and purpose. It’s the band’s first full-length since their JUNO-nominated Out of Sight (2022) and follows the introspective, emotionally charged terrain of their 2024 EPs. This time out, the mood shifts toward defiance and release a rock-and-roll shelter built from turned-up amps and unfiltered energy. While the album marks a new chapter — the first full-length since drummer Sam Corbett’s departure and the first released through the band’s own Right On Records — The Sheepdogs don’t abandon their roots. They sharpen them. The riffs are bigger, the jams looser, the vocals warmer, and the band’s sense of purpose clearer than ever. Recorded between tour dates, the album captures a working band in its natural state: instinctive, road-tested, and alive in the moment. Keep Out Of The Storm doesn’t aim to reinvent The Sheepdogs it affirms who they are. A band in motion, weathering change, turning it up loud, and finding light in the noise. Tracklist: 01.
