Rising artist Angel Edwards knows what she wants — and what she deserves. Brimming with relief, her brand new single Thank God It Didn’t Work Out celebrates those relationships that are better left in the past.
Co-written by Angel, Haley Mae Campbell and Josh McAfee and produced by Grady Saxman the song is available on Apple Music, Spotify and all digital retailers today (Friday, August 9, 2019).
A departure from previous releases, Thank God It Didn’t Work Out offers a lighthearted, upbeat melody with lyrics that hit home. “I think everyone can relate to this song on some level,” Angel says. “I love that rather than wallowing in a lost relationship, the song highlights the bright side.”
