CYRILLE AIMEE - "MOVE ON: A SONDHEIM ADVENTURE" - AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 22 ON MACK AVENUE RECORDS30/11/2018 Vocalist Cyrille Aimée Journeys Through the Songs of Broadway Legend Stephen Sondheim on Latest Album:
Move On: A Sondheim Adventure – Available February 22 on Mack Avenue Records Album Opens a New Chapter in Aimée’s Critically Acclaimed Career with Eclectic Takes on Sondheim Songbook Read the Album Announcement and Listen to First Single "Mary Me A Little" Exclusively on WBGO.org The genius of Stephen Sondheim stems from the revered composer’s ability to plumb universal human emotions even in the form of the most outré characters – be they cannibalistic barbers, presidential assassins, or fairy tale witches. The acclaimed vocalist Cyrille Aimée discovered that gift first-hand as she took a deep dive into the Sondheim songbook for her scintillating new album, Move On: A Sondheim Adventure. What began as a celebration of a legendary Broadway songwriter became a work of cathartic autobiography as one song after another captured her deepest personal feelings. “I get goosebumps just thinking about it,” Aimée says. “At the moment that I was working on this album I was going through a lot of life changes. The more I listened to the songs, the more I realized they were really connected to what I was going through. At a very rough time, these songs were saving me.” While its narrative arc is a self-contained story, Move On: A Sondheim Adventure (February 22 via Mack Avenue Records) is just the beginning of a new chapter in Aimée’s remarkable journey. It’s the French-born singer’s first release since disbanding the acclaimed band she’s led for the last several years, to which she bid a fond adieu on her last album, Cyrille Aimée Live. It’s also her first studio album since moving from Brooklyn to New Orleans, the latest music-rich city that she’s been able to call home. That move ended up being accompanied by even more uncertainty than usual for such a major relocation, as a break-up meant that she unexpectedly had to make it alone. The course of that relationship provided the through line for the songs on Move On, which traces the course of a romance from dreaming together (“Take Me To The World”) through vulnerable commitment (“Marry Me A Little”) to heartbreaking assurances (“No One Is Alone”) and finally the uncertain future (“With So Little To Be Sure Of”). Aimée’s Sondheim Adventure began in 2013, when she was invited to participate in a tribute concert for the Broadway legend at New York’s City Center, co-starring with Bernadette Peters and backed by Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Her show-stealing performance was widely praised, but the most memorable compliment came from the composer himself. “You made me cry,” Sondheim told Aimée backstage after opening night. “That was pretty powerful,” Aimée recalls with a touch of understatement. Aimée was almost completely unfamiliar with Sondheim’s work prior to that life-changing experience. Broadway musicals aren’t a prominent part of the culture in her native France, where she grew up introduced to a wealth of diverse music by her French father and Dominican mother: everything from Michael Jackson to French chanson, Flamenco to country-western. She famously spent her childhood sneaking out to sing in nearby gypsy encampments, then honed her talents singing on street corners in Europe and braving the notoriously tough audiences at New York’s Apollo Theatre. That history is represented in the music on Move On as vibrantly as her more recent travails are recounted through Sondheim’s profound lyrics. An irrepressible original, Aimée would never have been able to restrict herself to the songs’ original settings, no matter how much respect she maintains for their composer. She approaches each piece on the album in a wholly novel and personal way reflecting her eclectic influences. Opener “When I Get Famous” is performed a cappella, becoming her own ensemble through her deft ability to loop and harmonize vocals. The track is a sheer expression of Aimée as dreamer – a quality that shines through in her radiant interpretations as well as her audacious career (and life) path. The latest stop on her journey is represented by “Take Me To The World,” which bustles with a rollicking Crescent City rhythm, Aimée’s glowing voice at the front of the parade. The rush of new love is embodied in her shimmering, intimate take on “Love, I Hear,” accompanied by violin, upright bass and Rhodes. “Loving You” is distilled to pure jazz, with Aimée backed by the French trio of pianist Thomas Enhco, bassist Jérémy Bruyère, and drummer Yoann Serra. Brazilian guitarist Diego Figueiredo, who pairs with the singer for “Marry Me A Little” and “With So Little To Be Sure Of” is a longtime collaborator, having recorded two duo albums with Aimée early in her career. Another old friend is keyboardist Assaf Gleizner, a classmate from SUNY Purchase who co-produced and co-arranged the album and appears throughout on piano and Rhodes. A string quartet brings out the lush romanticism of “Being Alive” before the song erupts into a sweltering salsa, a gift to Aimée’s mother. (“She’s always telling me she wants me to do a CD where we can dance.”) Aimée revisits those gypsy campfires on the racing “So Many People,” featuring guitarist Adrien Moignard, while “Not While I’m Around” pulsates with an elastic bass groove. The singer pairs off with Bruyère for a flirtatious “I Believe In You,” while the tenderness of “No One Is Alone” takes on a bluesy tinge. “One More Kiss” is rendered in Aimée’s native tongue (in a Sondheim-approved translation by the singer) before “I Remember” is set against the alien atmospheres of Warren Walker’s electronics-enhanced saxophone. “Move On” renders the album’s titular mantra as a bold step into an uncertain future. Aimée laughs at the idea that Sondheim claims to not know anything about jazz. “It’s insane,” she says. “His music is so rich in harmony and the melodies are so intricate. I don’t like putting names on music, but whatever jazz does, his music does it too.” Cyrille Aimée · Move On: A Sondheim Adventure Mack Avenue Records · Release Date: February 22, 2019 For more information on Cyrille Aimée, please visit: CyrilleMusic.com ’We doen niet aan recensies van singles’ zei de Hoofdkaas me nog.
The Final Album From Legendary Saxophonist BIG JAY MCNEELY Released Via Cleopatra Records30/11/2018 When you hear the name Big Jay McNeely, the first thing that comes to mind is his blazing saxophone playing. Not only did he create a unique sound and rhythm in the 1940s that would open doors for countless other artists, but his music is today considered a precursor to the rock n’ roll explosion of the 1950s. The world mourned the passing of this musical giant in September of this year, but his legacy lives on with the posthumous release of his final album, and his first ever blues album, I’m Still Here - Big Jay Sings The Blues. The album is available now on both CD and digital via the Cleopatra Blues imprint. It is sure to make McNeely fans appreciate anew his significant contributions to the world of music.
This is Big Jay’s first ever true blues album and he uses it to reflect on his life growing up poor in Watts, Los Angeles. But from those humble beginnings, McNeely was able to rise up and become a major figure in the burgeoning Central Avenue Los Angeles Jazz that would also produce Eric Dolphy, Charles Mingus, and Johnny Otis among many, many others. Elsewhere on I’m Still Here, Big Jay pens his final song, co-written by producer Richard Ihara, entitled “You Never Miss The Water (Till The Well Runs Dry).” And finally, the titular song, “I’m Still Here,” leaves listeners with a picture of Big Jay still doing what he loves, playing music and making people dance! It’s a fine finale from a songwriter, musician and performer of his caliber. At the age of 91, Big Jay McNeely - the “King of the Honkers” - has left the building, but his music will continue forever! Daar komt volgend jaar verandering in.
‘New Horizons’ is één grote en verrassende ontdekkingstocht.

There are only so many venues with budgets and a limited supply of booking agents. Artists who manage to find both are either popular sensations or lucky, especially in a country as vast and diverse as the United States. It takes a lot of motivation, courage and a devil-may-care attitude to set out solo on the road, and since 2016, rising star trumpeter/flugelhornist John Raymond has done just that with his trio Real Feels, self-booking an astonishing 100+ performances with the band over the past three years. From the beginning, Raymond’s goal with Real Feels was to create a small, focused ensemble with a strong band dynamic and identity. Alongside guitarist Gilad Hekselman and drummer Colin Stranahan, the group has recorded three albums together, including 2018’s Joy Ride on Sunnyside Records. As they have done for previous records, Real Feels hit the road for an extended four-month, 40-date tour that allowed their material, along with the ensemble, to grow and refine itself. Raymond recorded a handful of their concerts, and chose the music from their performance at the Blue Whale in Los Angeles, which is now being released as Real Feels Live Vol. 2 (January 18 via Sunnyside Records). When Real Feels recorded Joy Ride, each track was in nascent form, some only having been played in rehearsals. By the end of the tour, which spanned across the United States and Asia at venues of all types and sizes -- with audiences of all description -- the songs began to develop new personas. Each song, in a sense, was born again from the road, which is showcased fully on Real Feels Live Vol. 2. The album begins with Raymond’s “Follower,” a modern jazz-meets indie rock tune that features Raymond the entire way. The groove is a bit faster and has more of a “lived-in” feel than it's studio version original, making for a fitting opening statement to the album. The group’s cover of Bon Iver’s “Minnesota, WI” opens up for both Hekselman and Stranahan. Their development of the introduction along with Hekselman's solo showcase the full capacity of the band’s aural identity featuring more electronics, effects and looping. This can also be heard on the group’s rendition of the hymn “Be Still, My Soul.” The song notably begins with an expansive, ambient solo introduction from Raymond utilizing effects pedals and looping on his flugelhorn, an added aspect of his arsenal that is now an integral part of the band’s sound. Hekselman’s plectral guitar musings set the stage for Raymond’s plainchant horn on the intro to the title track “Joy Ride,” done here as an expanded version of the original and featuring an extended drum solo by Stranahan. The album concludes with the group’s take on Bob Dylan’s “The Times They Are A-Changin’,” a piece that remains as vital today as it was when originally conceived, and is done here in a heartrending rendition by a simpatico ensemble of sensitivity. Raymond notes Real Feels Live Vol. 2 is, “the strongest, most cohesive statement this band has made yet.” Combined with the fact that he has become a model to many of his peers as to what a successful, DIY-bandleader should look like, the trajectory for Raymond and the group continues to reach higher and higher. About John Raymond & Real Feels: Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, John Raymond is making a name for himself as one of the most promising, genre-bending musicians in jazz today. With a singular voice as a trumpeter, flugelhornist and composer, Raymond is “steering jazz in the right direction” says DownBeat, by pushing its boundaries, seamlessly incorporating indie-rock, folk and electronic influences into his music. Something Else! Reviews states, “This is jazz, yes, but jazz with an open mind." Raymond’s primary band Real Feels is a bass-less trio which includes rising stars Gilad Hekselman (guitar), Colin Stranahan (drums) and Raymond on flugelhorn. The group has released four albums together since 2016, all receiving high praise from Stereogum, The New York Times, DownBeat and JazzTimes among others. Their warm, lyrical melodies are complemented by an infusion of electronics and effects, giving the group a sound that is entirely accessible and relevant. Add to this the deep chemistry between the musicians, and it’s no surprise that Real Feels is one of the hottest new groups in jazz today. Set to premiere on 5 February 2019, the 10-episode scripted series stars actor Sinqua Walls (The Breaks) as Cornelius, alongside Kelly Rowland as Gladys Knight, one of the first performers Cornelius books on Soul Train. Rowlands is also reportedly recording a cover of Knight’s iconic song ‘ Midnight Train To Georgia’ for the series. The ensemble cast also includes R&B singer/actress Kelly Price as Brianne Clarke, Jason Dirden (Elementary), Iantha Richardson (This is Us), Christopher Jefferson (5th Ward), Katlyn Nichol and Jelani Winston. Set in the 1970s, the show captures the behind the scenes of the iconic music-dance show that aired from 1970 to 2006 and chronicles the cast, crew and Cornelius rise in Hollywood. It also depicts the fictional trio Encore and the young singers and dancers looking to break into the music industry via Soul Train. The series is the brain child of writers Devon Greggory (Being Mary Jane) and Jonathan Prince (American Dreams). Just as Motown brought African American culture to the masses, Cornelius was instrumental in breaking down racial barriers and broadening the reach of black culture to American audiences and beyond throughout the 70s. Starting out as a local programme in Chicago, Soul Train helped introduce television audiences to iconic acts like Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Barry White, Tina Turner and Stevie Wonder. Soul Train wasn’t limited to only soul and R&B performers, it also helped to break early hip-hop talents like Kurtis Blow and even featured acts like David Bowie, when he released his Philly soul-inspired album, Young Americans. In 2013, Questlove legendary drummer of The Roots published Soul Train: The Music, Dance, and Style of a Generation to commemorate the legacy of Soul Train. In oktober 2017 kwam Wilco voor het laatst in ons land langs, voor een memorabele tweeklapper in de AB. Het wordt dus stilaan tijd voor een blij weerzien met hun Belgische fans, compleet met hun grootste hits en bovenal: splinternieuwe nummers! De band uit Chicago staat op 12 en 13 juni opnieuw op de planken in de Ancienne Belgique.
Wilco is nog steeds de groep achter grootmeester Jeff Tweedy, die deze maand ook het boek ‘LET’S GO (SO WE CAN GET BACK): A Memoir of Recording and Discording with Wilco, Etc.’ Kilby, age 29, and bassist Kris Monson, 26, both grew up in northern Virginia and attended the University of Virginia where they met veteran trumpeter John D’earth who directs the UVA Jazz Ensemble and is a centerpiece of Charlottesville’s music scene. There they also met tenor saxophonist Charles Owens (46), who had grown up in northern Virginia and went on to spend a dozen years in New York City performing with some of the world’s finest musicians. During their time in Charlottesville, Kilby and Monson’s relationships with D’earth and Owens blossomed from teacher-student to a brotherhood bound by their love of music. The group’s sextet formation was solidified upon Kilby meeting trombonist Elad Cohen (29) in New York, another kindred spirit who shared his love for Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. Washington D.C. native and master pianist Allyn Johnson rounds out the rhythm action for the band’s debut album.
Jack Kilby and the Front Line will release Volume Two of their two-part debut, Love Is A Song Anyone Can Sing, via Crab Shack Music LLC on January 11, 2019. The album, recorded at Grammy Award-winning Bias Studios, was mixed and mastered by Grammy Award-winning engineer Dave Darlington. Dennis Mackrel calls Love Is A Song Anyone Can Sing “a tour de force, featuring a group of emerging young musicians who are genuine talents deserving much wider recognition and a timely message delivered by a gifted and capable messenger.” The former Count Basie Orchestra drummer and conductor praises “Mr. Kilby [as] a true keeper of the flame previously lit by jazz masters such as Art Blakey, Philly Joe Jones and Miles Davis. His brilliance on the drums in conjunction with his formidable skills as an arranger/producer/bandleader have resulted in a wonderful recording that marries creative and soulful emotion with technical excellence.” Volume One, released on October 5, 2018, features the band’s core sextet performing their hard bop-inspired repertoire. The second Volume includes superb guest artists who take the band and music to new heights. Saxophonist Antonio Hart, whom Mackrel calls “one of the finest representatives of the new generation of jazz masters,” provides powerful solos on Kilby’s arrangements of “Life in a Glasshouse” and “Jupiter.” Vocalist Christie Dashiell shines on her R&B re-imagination of Kilby’s “Pure Imagination” arrangement and steals the show on “Colors of The Wind,” which also features Mark G. Meadows on piano and Braxton Cook on flute. Other guests include vocalist Micah Robinson who tastefully introduces the album and basso Soloman Howard who sings alongside the members of the Front Line in an amusing ode to Lester Young. Trumpeter Marcus Tenney and French hornist Peter Del Grosso make beautiful contributions to “Jupiter,” Kilby’s ambitious adaptation from “The Planets Suite” and make for a commanding six horn players on the Front Line. I am a little bit a cosmo-nut...ok bad cosmonaut pun...but I do find cosmology, physics, and quantum mechanics to be highly interesting. Today, NASA used amazing engineering and technical skill to successfully (as of literal moments before I sent this out) land the probe InSight on the surface of Mars, landing all on its own. This is truly an epic moment for those studying space, the solar system, alien planets, and those who just dream to understand more about ourselves and wander to the outermost of the cosmos. To celebrate, I wanted to share my own little video and music about space (well the whole Epoch album is about it), made for my song Orbital, featuring my good friend and collaborator Steve Honsberger aka Steve Honz and synths and keys. www.carterfoxmusic.com Double Disc Set AVAILABLE NOW on Smoke Sessions Records
Jazz Master Harold Mabern Swings Through an Extraordinary Life in Music During One Memorable Night On Stage at Smoke The Iron Man: Live at Smoke Flashes Back to Favorite Songs From the Pianist's Renowned Career Release Performances December 17 - January 6 at New York City's Smoke Jazz & Supper Club While it was captured over the course a single night, there’s a rich lifetime’s worth of music packed into The Iron Man: Live at Smoke. If it’s a slight overstatement to say that the album represents an autobiography in song, that’s only because 82-year-old jazz master Harold Mabern tells his story in every note that he plays. That’s as true of the melodies he’s been interpreting for more than half a century – as many of the tunes on The Iron Man are – as it is of the always inspired music that flows spontaneously from the great pianist’s fingers. The Iron Man, available now via Smoke Sessions Records, was recorded on the final night of a remarkable three-week residency, an annual holiday tradition at the renowned New York City club. Most of that 2017/18 run was dedicated to the music of John Coltrane and featured a host of invited guests to the bandstand. For this magical final performance, however, Mabern and his gifted, longstanding quartet – tenor saxophonist Eric Alexander, bassist John Webber, and drummer Joe Farnsworth – went it alone, vigorously swinging through well-loved tunes from throughout Mabern’s storied career. The night kicks off with the rollicking funk of “A Few Miles from Memphis,” the title track from Mabern’s 1968 leader debut. The piece harkens back to Mabern’s vital role as a pioneer of soul jazz alongside collaborators like the great trumpeter Lee Morgan. More importantly, though, it transports the pianist back to his roots in Memphis, Tennessee, where he became entranced by the great jazz and blues innovator Phineas Newborn Jr. The city’s legendary blues traditions took hold of a generation of young musicians; Mabern graduated from Manassas High School, whose alumni also include Charles Lloyd and future Mabern collaborators Booker Little, Frank Strozier, and George Coleman. Many of those Memphians would reconvene in Chicago in the mid-'50s, which is where Mabern honed his hard bop grooves accompanying such powerhouse tenor titans as Johnny Griffin, Gene Ammons and Clifford Jordan. By the end of the decade he had found his way to New York City, where he would soon be an in-demand sideman for many of the most notable leaders of that generation – including Lionel Hampton, Donald Byrd, Sonny Rollins, Freddie Hubbard, Joe Williams, and Hank Mobley. Mabern’s tender reading of Benny Golson’s immortal “I Remember Clifford” here, in a trio setting, recalls one of his first important gigs upon arriving in the Big Apple. He spent 18 months with The Jazztet, replacing McCoy Tyner in the influential band co-led by Golson and Art Farmer. The blistering “I Know That You Know” flashes forward to 1965, when Mabern recorded the tune with another hard bop trailblazer, saxophonist Sonny Stitt. Mabern’s surprising rearrangement of “I Get a Kick Out of You,” meanwhile, is revived from last year’s To Love and Be Loved, an album which reunited him with legendary drummer Jimmy Cobb – who Mabern had first played with half a century earlier in Miles Davis’ band. Mabern’s stint with the iconic trumpeter was brief, but came at a crucial time as Davis was experimenting with the line-up that would finally congeal into his Second Great Quintet. Two earlier veterans of Davis’s storied band – John Coltrane and Paul Chambers -- receive a nod with Trane’s classic “Mr. P.C.” Mabern forged a more lasting bond with Lee Morgan, recording the classic album The Gigolo for Blue Note in 1965 and continuing to play with the trumpet innovator until the night of his tragic death at Slug’s Saloon in 1972. In the meantime, Mabern started recording under his own name, releasing four well-regarded albums for Prestige between 1968-70 whose line-ups included such brilliant improvisers as Morgan, Blue Mitchell, George Coleman, Bill Lee, Hubert Laws, and Idris Muhammad. On those outings Mabern helped define the fusion of soul and jazz, including contemporary hits like Marvin Gaye’s “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” and The Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” – a penchant echoed on the Smoke bandstand with the quartet’s lovely take on the Michael Jackson ballad “She’s Out of My Life.” He followed a similar route with Stanley Turrentine when he worked with the soulful saxophonist on the early-'70s albums The Sugar Man and Don’t Mess With Mister T. “Nightlife in Tokyo” is the Mabern-penned title tune from Eric Alexander’s 2002 album, which featured Mabern and Farnsworth along with bassist Ron Carter. It’s one of countless collaborations between the two since Mabern became the saxophonist’s mentor at William Paterson University, where the pianist has been a member of the faculty since 1981. While he and Alexander have shifted from teacher and student to a partnership that is one of the most meaningful between any saxophonist and pianist in jazz, that’s just one testament to Mabern’s profound influence as an educator, a contribution to jazz on par with that made through his music. The list of Mabern students who have gone on to make their mark include Farnsworth, trumpeter Freddie Hendrix, drummer/composer Tyshawn Sorey, drummers Bill Stewart, Mark Guiliana and Johnathan Blake, and saxophonist Roxy Coss. The Iron Man draws to a rousing conclusion with another title tune, this one from Mabern’s 1968 sophomore release “Rakin’ and Scrapin’,” which featured George Coleman and trumpet great Blue Mitchell on the frontline. He rerecorded the piece with Lee Morgan on 1970’s Live at the Lighthouse, though the fact that he’s kept his ears wide open in the intervening decades is revealed by the clever quote of Steely Dan’s “Do It Again” that crops up unexpectedly in his solo. Whether you listen to these two sets as representing a single special evening or 82 memorable years, there’s ample evidence that Harold Mabern deserves to be known as The Iron Man – a powerhouse player, a formative mentor, a revered survivor. "The Iron Man: Live at Smoke" was produced by Paul Stache and Damon Smith, recorded live at Smoke Jazz Club, NYC on January 7, 2018 and mastered to ½” analog tape using a Studer mastering deck. Her newest album, AULD LANG SYNE, is a program of songs centered around the Christmas holiday season. The record features lush big band arrangements by some of the top names in the music firmament. AULD LANG SYNE is a follow-up to Dickinson’s critically acclaimed 2014 project, ONE FOR MY BABY - TO FRANK SINATRA WITH LOVE, which she released on Sinatra’s 99th birthday. AULD LANG SYNE is not your usual yuletide fare. Rather than just celebrating the Christmas holiday, the CD is a loving tribute to a time of year when people sincerely open their hearts to family and friends, and count their blessings while reflecting on the year gone by. Dickinson culled songs from holiday movie classics like “Happy Holiday/The Holiday Season” and “Love, You Didn’t Do Right By Me,” to songs like “Christmas Is Starting Now” and “Peace and Joy” from Phineas and Ferb and Sofia The First, two of the Disney Channel shows she is best known for. Other perennial hits like “I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm” get a Baden Powell meets Earth, Wind and Fire treatment from Brent Fischer, and a New Orleans party in James A. McMillen's “Let it Snow!” Dickinson even covers the Mariah Carey tune “Miss You Most (At Christmas Time)” with Bill Liston’s new arrangement concept featuring her lush string ensemble. Laura Dickinson is one of the busiest studio musicians and musical contractors in Los Angeles. With the release of her sophomore album, she’s certainly well on her way to a stellar solo career as well.

Q Magazine gaf de plaat een 4 sterren-review verwijzend naar “moments of glorious burning distortion” en bestempelt de track “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)” als “one of the most resplendent songs of their career. For a band claiming “no past” and “no future”, the present suits them extremely well.” With harmony parts and arrangements that focus on the band, the songs use more than the soloist to capture the attention of the listeners.
While pursuing a goal, a person may find himself in a location he never thought possible. An article in Guitar Player magazine about the Old Town School of Folk Music inspired Ric Harris to leave North Carolina and make his way to Chicago. A few months later, he caught Ira Sullivan and Joe Diorio at the Jazz Showcase and moved to Los Angeles to attend the Guitar Institute of Technology. After returning to Chicago, Ric formed his own jazz group and appeared in the area until 1991, at which time he retired to raise his children. Ric has returned to the music scene with a new vision, one inspired by artists such as Gary Moore, Dickey Betts, and Duane Allman. After adding slide guitar to his arsenal, the jam sessions around Chicago, such as Rosa’s and Buddy Guy’s Legends, have helped Ric to redevelop his playing. Ric also found the work of current artists, such as Mark May, Matt Schofield, and Coco Montoya, to be more compelling because they combined tradition with a new approach to the blues. The jam sessions also led Ric to consider the blues as something that is defined by more than improvisation. His compositions merge the improvisation with melodies and arrangements often associated with the works of many Southern Rock bands. Many of the tracks on the CD that Ric just completed have the solo as a part of the overall song, not the focus of it. Ric has taken on additional roles in addition to that of lead vocalist during the creation of his CD, Open For Business, that is scheduled for release by the end of 2018. Not only did Ric write all of the songs on the CD, he was also responsible for the arrangements and the production of the project. Enjoy what you hear and let him know what you think.
